Individual assessments are necessary and not everyone is a candidate for treatment. Some patients will need to start with PRP injections to stimulate your own new cells to improve coloring and skin laxity prior to getting fillers. PRP results take a few weeks to regenerate cells that are yours to keep! Many patients repeat PRP yearly for maintenance. Filler may be used in addition to or instead of PRP depending on patient assessment. Priced per appointment, each treatment is same price.
The solution is injected into specific muscles of the face using a thin needle containing hyaluronic acid. There may be some tugging or pulling during the process, but that is normal.
After treatment, you’ll notice a more voluminous appearance that will continue to improve for a week or more.
Fillers are a temporary solution. Depending on the product and location, results can last between 6 and 18 months.
The recovery time varies according to the type of filler used and how the patient handles it. Within 24 to 48 hours of filler injection, avoid any strenuous physical activity.
Lip Filler patients are STRONGLY encouraged to avoid any smoking or nicotine (vaping, hookah, etc.) 1-2 weeks prior and 1 week following.
