Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds for products that are purchased and used. We will grant a refund in the rare case that a product is damaged or faulty only within the first 5 days of purchasing (day 1 begins the day of purchase). If you have purchased something and not used it, in some cases, we will grant a refund of store credit only or of another product that is of equal price; if there is something of greater value you would like instead you may pay the difference for that product. We do not issue refunds for Membership fees.
