Gift cards cannot be redeemed for monthly membership fees. We have a strict 72-hour cancellation policy that typically results in a full charge of the service booked; in the instance that you are enrolled in a membership and cancel/reschedule within the 72-hour timeframe, it will result in a $50 no-show/cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for membership fees/services. If you need to change your payment method on file, you must contact Ella Esthetics 5 business days prior to the autopay date (3rd of every month) to update your card number on file. Autopay goes through on the 3rd of each month, this cannot be altered/changed. If you’d like to skip a month, it must be after your 6-month membership duration, and will result in a $50 monthly fee in place of your membership fee.
