Purchase Policies

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds for products that are purchased and used. We will grant a refund in the rare case that a product is damaged or faulty only within the first 5 days of purchasing (day 1 begins the day of purchase). If you have purchased something and not used it, in some cases, we will grant a refund of store credit only or of another product that is of equal price; if there is something of greater value you would like instead you may pay the difference for that product. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you order a product online you cannot cancel your order, but if you want something else instead, please refer to our refund policy above to see what your options are. However, we require deposits for any of our other services we offer and these deposits made are nonrefundable, but can be used for another service. (Deposits go towards the appointment schedules, unless it is canceled). Our cancellation policy is a 72 hour notice for all cancellations and may be subject to full charge of the booked service if it's cancelled within the 72 hour time period. If you call within the 48 hours prior to your appointment we may be able to reschedule, but we prefer a notice of 72 hours as we have blocked off our schedule for the appointment requested, that another client could have taken in your place.

Shipping Policy:

We will fulfill an order within 48 hours of purchasing online, dependent upon if the purchase was made during or after normal hours of operation. If by rare chance we do not have the item in stock and the systems have not updated we will contact you ASAP and will work something out with you for the miscommunication of items in stock.
